Celebrate my 30 years of teaching yoga

I like to plan ahead!

November 2025 marks 30 years of my teaching yoga in Guelph.

This feels huge!

So I have booked the Arboretum Auditorium

so we can gather and practice yoga together!

I have a few other ideas up my sleeve too!

Join me Sunday November 30 for some YOGA and play!

7pm - until we we feel like going home!

In the Auditorium at the Guelph Arboretum

Everyone is welcome to join me for a free yoga class. This is for ALL ages!

There will also be some music, time to chat, perhaps to dance, and to create art!

Stay for a little or a long while!

Please do come and celebrate with me! I have been teaching for this long because of all of YOU!

Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

This event is completely free, but I will have a jar to collect donations for Guelph Women in Crisis.
