Why? Outdoor yoga is incredible for so many reasons! Practicing outside is so incredible for our health! Yoga by itself is a great stress relief, but outside yoga doubles the stress relief! Just being on the earth and being surrounded by trees helps to soothe our nervous systems! Week to week we are a little different, and so is the nature around us. It is amazing to watch all the changes inside and out! Come play outside with me and watch your capacity and joy increase!
