Where? Knox Presbyterian Church, Downtown Guelph
Why? Yoga is a wonderful movement practice to do when you are pregnant, even if you have never done yoga before. This class will help stretch out your back, your hips, your shoulders and keep you moving as your baby grows in utero! It is so important to take time to move while your body changes throughout pregnancy! I will hopefully help you laugh and smile while we strengthen our bodies too! But the best part of class is probably meeting and connecting with other mamas!
To register click the sign up button. This will lead you to my email. Let me know that you want to join. I will then ask you for payment by e-transfer (or cash if you live in town and prefer that method) to secure your spot in class. Classes are by registration, but as you get pregnant at all different times, you can also join at all different times and I will prorate the session for you!
If your baby arrives before our session is over I will either refund you or give you credit for my mama baby yoga class. Whatever you prefer.
