Monday to Friday are Playful Movement Classes
Saturday is Passive Restorative Yoga (laying over pillows and blocks and things)
Sunday is Meditation
Where: Online - On Zoom
Why: Movement is so important for our bodies, our minds, and our hearts! A daily yoga practice helps grow our strength and our mobility! Getting up and practicing yoga first thing is a wonderful way to set the tone for our day! It helps us reduce and release our stresses! And it is a fabulous way to cultivate joy! What a wonderful gift to ourselves! Invite a friend to join us! You can bring anyone along from anywhere in the world! All classes are recorded, so you can do them at a different hour and will be available for at least a few months .
